L FrostL. Frost is a well versed entertainer from St. Louis who has over the years become known as a multiple threat as he has successfully dedicated his ambitions to acting, dancing, singing and songwriting. Frost first discovered his love for the performing arts during his teens in which he realized his natural ability to shine as a dancer and singer. Already equipped with love for music and the esteem he gained from influences such as Ginuwine, Usher, and Justin Timberlake, Frost decided to pursue his career in entertainment full time.
After a fruitful run preforming at local talent shows, Frost was given the opportunity to open up for artists at concerts and perform back up dancing and singing for his mentor Ginuwine on selected tour dates. In and around the surrounding areas of St. Louis Frost also began teaching choreography while being mentored by notable dancer/choreographers Mac Daddy and Darrin Henson. Subsequent to a brush of musical success and heightened industry attention ensuing his membership in a R&B and Pop trio, Frost eventually inked a solo recording deal with Notifi, a local record label where he was able to differentiate himself as a well versed musical talent. He was featured vocally on the single “Falling” by Chingy which was selected as song of the year in Africa and Australia with music video placement on MTV and over 1 million views. With those combined experiences, Frost gained valuable knowledge of the entertainment industry as well as the longing and understanding that his career would expand beyond dancing and singing, thus prompting him to relocate to the mecca of all things entertainment Los Angeles, CA in the quest for opportunities that would allow him to let all of his many gifts shine.
Upon his relocation to Hollywood, Frost has significantly boosted his career in entertainment thus creating his own unique platform that encompasses all of his artistic passions with no limitations. Showing no signs of slowing down in his dancing career, he was given the opportunity to be an instructor for Darrin Henson's House of Hip Hop Dance workshops as well as to choreograph and perform with artists such as Usher and Nelly. With that success came the emergence of Frost’s ad campaign model career in which his image has been used on promotional material for high profile hip hop and dance culture ads as well as marketing materials for brands and book covers world wide. Being the embodiment of the culture, his image is used in the Merriam-Webster dictionary as the definition of Hip Hop. What was once a dream was birthed into reality as Frost soon found himself actively making huge strides in his pursuits of becoming a noteworthy actor. He has made appearances in CW’s The Originals, Pitch Perfect 2, Let’s Be Cops, Ride Along, Single Ladies and landed a role on a CMT series Sun Records portraying one of the members of the 1950s singing group Prisonaires. He is now the “poster boy” spokesperson and brand ambassador for V Energy Drink Australia with his image being used on global promotional material and his commercial having achieved over 1 million views on Facebook and 900k on YouTube. With a host of upcoming projects and appearances it is evident that the promise L. Frost has made in the world of entertainment and to himself many years ago will be fulfilled and his best is yet to come.
